Terms & Conditions


Classes:

  • Bookings are not confirmed until invoices have been paid. All payments need to be received one week before the class start date. If payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for missed classes due to your own circumstances.
  • Payments will be refunded if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved or circumstances beyond our control.

Health and safety:

  • All medical conditions including allergies must be disclosed during registration. Please keep Messy Adventures up to date should this change, by emailing; hello@messyadventures.ie
  • All our mess is taste safe and made from food-based items. We have a list of allergens highlighted at each venue. 
  • Please do not attend class if the accompanying adult or child have any of the following conditions: vomiting, diarrhea, chickenpox, impetigo, hand, foot and mouth disease, conjunctivitis, whooping cough, scarlet fever, norovirus or other similar conditions.
  • In the instance of vomiting or diarrhea, for the accompanying adult or the attending child, must be clear of symptoms for at least 24 hours before attending Messy Adventures.
  •  We cannot offer a refund doe a class missed due to illness.
  • No nut products are permitted to be brought to a Messy Adventures class.

Supervision:

  • All children attending Messy Adventures must be accompanied by an adult (a person over 18)
  •  The accompanying adult must supervise their child at all times.

 Misc:

  • Messy Adventures are not responsible for any loss or injury during class.
  • You are welcome to take photographs of your own child in our classes, you are not permitted to include any other children in your photographs.
  • Messy Adventures has full Public Liability insurance.
